The Expansion Series (Grades 2-12*)

Get ready to load your wagon and head west with our exciting Expansion Series! Explorers Meriwether Lewis, William Clark, the Corps of Discovery, frontiersmen, scouts, and guides will accompany you and millions of other pioneers as you travel west on a trip of a lifetime!

The Expansion Series will provide you with a minimum of 17 weeks/100 hours of American History. Would you like to expand your bundle to include six more weeks of American history? Just click the discounted Native America add-on option when checking out.

*Each Once-a-Week Unit Study also provides library selections for pre-readers on that unit study’s topic. Allowing young children to participate in the hands-on, unit study activities and reading great books to them about the focus topic will get them excited about learning too.

Do you have scouts in your family?

American Heritage Girls satisfy a majority (if not all) the badge requirements for Nature & Wildlife and Our Heritage badges while completing this series. (American Heritage Girls satisfy requirements for their Native America badge when completing the Native America bundle add-on.)

Trail Life USA Scouts can satisfy requirements of any of the above badges in their “Design Your Own” Badge program.
